Back in America

There is no good reason as to why I didn’t do blog post for the remainder of my time in Liberia. Yes, the network often had problems; yes, there was not always power; yes, I was often tied up in other more in the moment things; but I still could have made time.I have officially been back in the States for a week now. I miss Liberia.Of course I was very happy to see family, friends, eat Chick-fil-A, and have air conditioning, but none the less I really miss Liberia.I miss the more laid back timing, the more God centered lifestyle, living in a community setting, being able to see a sky full of stars almost every night, the life long friends, the everlasting memories, and I even miss the plate of rice for lunch everyday.I can say without a doubt in mind that I will be back in Liberia, hopefully sooner rather than later; but it is important to embrace the new chapters of life.Although I did not post much while I was there, I do still have a few blog ideas and pictures to share so look out for those!
